At Half the Story, we want to ensure your bulk orders arrive as fresh and intact as they left our bakery. Because we ship our biscuits in large cases, we use reliable courier networks equipped to handle food items.

Please review our shipping terms and timelines below:

1. Dispatch & Lead Times

• Standard Lead Time: Please allow 5 business days for production and processing before your order is dispatched.

• Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (such as Christmas or public holidays), lead times may extend. We will always notify you of any expected delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

We ship across the UK using trusted commercial couriers.

• Standard Delivery: Parcels typically arrive 1 business day after dispatch.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping is FREE

5. Delayed, Lost, or Failed Deliveries

• Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Any redelivery fees incurred will be billed to the buyer.

• Courier Delays: While we partner with highly reliable couriers, unexpected transit delays can happen. Half the Story is not liable for any business losses resulting from a courier delay.
